At Glacía, we take great care in creating and packaging our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

- Products damaged due to incorrect storage or use

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products are made with natural ingredients. As skin types vary, we recommend patch testing prior to full use. We are unable to offer refunds for individual reactions or sensitivities.
