Shipping Policy

At Glacía, we take care to ensure your order is packaged thoughtfully and shipped with care. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

New Zealand: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Rural Deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Glacía is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Weather events or circumstances beyond our control

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

Glacía cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@glacia.co.nz within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Where possible, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
